Emmanual Harrar studied at one of the top ingeneering schools of France "Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines" and is also a graduate of the CEIPI. Former General Manager of a company specialized in scientific software, he has been working on Internet technology since 1996.

He became a partner at the end of 2008 et he is fluent in English.
