Félicie advises clients on intellectual property and digital law, with a cross-disciplinary practice covering trademarks, copyright, designs, intellectual property contracts and patents.
She assists the firm’s clients in the protection, management and exploitation of their intangible assets, both in France and internationally. Her work includes securing and enforcing intellectual property rights, drafting and negotiating agreements relating to intellectual property, and supporting companies in the development and implementation of strategies for the protection and commercialisation of their creations, innovations and distinctive signs.
Félicie also advises clients on issues relating to the ownership, use and valuation of intellectual property assets, particularly in the context of contractual arrangements, business development projects and innovation-driven activities. Her practice enables her to work closely with companies seeking to structure, protect and enhance the value of their intellectual property portfolios.
She holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Digital Law from Nantes Université.
