Alice is a former trainee lawyer (holder of the French Bar Examination – CAPA) and holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as an LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of Exeter (United Kingdom).
She was trained in both French and international law firms, where she developed strong expertise in litigation and advisory work relating to trademark law, designs law, copyright, and unfair competition.
Her career path is marked by significant involvement in contentious and pre-contentious matters, including administrative proceedings before IP offices (INPI, EUIPO) and litigation before civil and commercial courts. Alice has assisted French and international clients, particularly in the luxury goods, publishing, fragrance, design, and new technologies sectors, supporting them in the strategic enforcement of their intellectual property rights.
She also handles IP-related contractual matters (including assignments and commercial agreements) and plays an active role in the identification and management of online infringements, notably with domain name disputes and enforcement strategies.
