Camille Amand

IP / IT Lawyer

Camille, holding a Master’s degree in Digital Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property from the University of Paris Nanterre, as well as a Master 1 in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from the same university, joined the Dreyfus & Associés law firm in 2022 for her final internship and then as an IP/IT lawyer in 2023.

At Dreyfus & Associés, in her capacity as an IP/IT attorney, Camille provides her expertise across a broad range of corporate and individual matters related to the complex field of intellectual property. She handles various aspects including trademarks, designs, domain names, patents, and copyright, ensuring that the firm’s clients receive a proper guidance and support as regards their projects.

Camille supports the firm’s clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their projects. This includes starting from the conceptualization phase (conducting prior art searches, managing filings, overseeing renewals, and navigating administrative procedures) to promoting growth and expansion (meticulously managing the portfolio of industrial property rights, drafting transfer and licensing agreements, conducting audits, and establishing valuable partnerships).

Furthermore, Camille stands by your side when it comes to safeguarding the clients’ interests (leading negotiations, crafting coexistence agreements, and issuing letters of commitment), all while maintaining a vigilant eye on the global landscape.

As a member of the Dreyfus team, Camille ensures that the clients’ intellectual assets are protected, strategically leveraged, optimized, and defended on a worldwide scale.
