Lucie Jacquet

IP / IT Lawyer

Lucie, holding a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law (specializing in design) from the University Lyon II Lumière and a Master’s degree in International Business and Competition Law from the Catholic University of Lille, joined the Dreyfus & Associés law firm in 2023, bringing her valuable experience from her time in Intellectual Property and Legal firms before she became part of the Dreyfus team.

At Dreyfus & Associés, as an IP/IT attorney, Lucie offers her expertise on a wide spectrum of corporate and individual matters that revolve around the intricate world of intellectual property. She handles everything from trademarks, designs, domain names, patents and copyright, ensuring that the clients of the firm receive all the guidance and support they need.

Lucie assists the clients of the firm on the entire journey of their project. Starting from the conceptualization stage (conducting prior art searches, managing filings, overseeing renewals, and navigating administrative procedures) to fostering growth and expansion (meticulously managing the portfolio of industrial property rights, drafting transfer and licensing agreements, conducting audits, and establishing fruitful partnerships).

Moreover, Lucie will be by your side when it comes to defending the clients’ interests (leading negotiations, crafting coexistence agreements, and issuing letters of commitment), all while keeping a keen eye on the global landscape.

As part of the Dreyfus team, Lucie makes sure that the clients’ intellectual assets are protected, strategically leveraged, optimized and defended on a global scale.
